Sellers are subject to the following fees and payment terms:

• Payment processing fees
• Optional promotional and advertising fees
• Payments will be processed according to the payment schedule
• All applicable taxes must be handled by the seller

All products listed must:

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not infringe on any intellectual property rights
• Be accurately described and photographed
• Meet our quality standards
• Not be prohibited items as per our restricted items list

We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
